We provide on-site audiovisual services with an in-house technician who is as much a part of your company as ours.

The professional technician will be responsible for the following:

Consulting and/or assisting with equipment replacement, response to performance issues, set-up, scheduling, etc

Providing training and support to employees

Coordinating and/or performing repairs and maintenance

Coordinating and/or performing the stocking of materials and supplies in meeting facilities through out the corporate or hospitality center

Coordinating all equipment set-up arrangements in meeting spaces, including audio and videoconferencing

Researching, evaluating and recommending purchases to improve technology and effectiveness of presentations and meetings

Assisting in the coordination of all aspects of large meeting production arrangements
