Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, a 440,000-square-foot casino, hotel and event center located in southwestern Minnesota, draws hundreds of people each day for the fun and excitement of its 1,250 video slot machines, 28 game tables, 350-seat bingo hall and the 378-room hotel. In addition, Jackpot Junction is also a popular meeting and convention spot in the area; however, an expansion of the convention space was in order to allow Jackpot Junction to accommodate larger groups and to hold more conventions, according to Colleen Marcus, hotel, golf and convention center sales manager at Jackpot Junction. “We added three new rooms to the convention center: Crossed Arrows Ballroom, the Dacotah Exposition Center and the Prairie Winds Ballroom,” she says. “And with the expansion, we needed technology in the new space including projector screens, LCD projectors, sound and lights.”

Jackpot Junction partnered with Graybow Communications Group to recommend and install state-of-the-art audio-visual technology that would allow Jackpot Junction to promote the expanded space to meetings and convention customers, and also allow those customers to have complete control over the high-tech system without the need for extensive technical assistance.
