The Graybow process is attention to detail from conceptualization through execution with experienced, dedicated, and motivated employees. Graybow’s team members will include:

• Strategic Account Manager - The customer’s point of contact for all audiovisual needs including; products, design and installation, rental, service and repair, and billing. 

• Sales Coordinator – Supports Strategic Account manager and customer.  All members of the client team can contact the Strategic Account Manager directly via voice or e-mail.

• Systems Designer - Determines system requirements (as well as any restrictions) and determines the best solution.  The Systems Designer works closely with the contractor’s project manager, architect and engineers to ensure an optimal design to fit the owner’s needs.

• Project Manager – For continuity, the Systems Designer is typically assigned as Project Manager.  This somewhat unusual approach requires uniquely qualified personnel and specialized training, but ensures that the solution is implemented exactly as intended.

• Lead Installation Technician – An experienced senior technician leads the installation crew throughout all phases of the project.

• Systems Programmer – Certified control system programmer responsible for the look and functionality of the user interface as well as training on installed equipment/software.
